Should i avoid public places because Of Swine Flu?

I am almost 18 weeks pregnant and i live in sydney australia. There has been a lot on the news lately About Swine Flu and that pregnant women are vulnerable. I have just recovered from a common cold which lasted 5days. I need to do the grocery shopping but im a bit scared now from the news as i don’t want to hurt my baby!
Do you think it is so bad in Aus that i should avoid public places?

No.. just be practical…use hand sanitisers before and after shopping, and avoid touching your face with your hands.
The most important thing with swine flu is that those who have it should be wearing the face masks..believe it or not, if you dont have the germs and wear a mask you are more prone to catching it because you will be likely to be touching your face more often.
