Swine Flu Alert Level

Swine flu-Is it serious?

Watching the news, I hear them saying that people dont even get sick enough to require hospitalization and that it is less serious than the regular seasonal flu which kills more peopl. Yet why are they covering every single case that pops up and why is the pandemic alert at a level 4? Arn’t all flus pandemic?

You have to remember that bird flu was at level 4 too and we know how that turned out. Besides there was already a Swine Flu Scare in the 70s and we handled that pretty effeciently. I’m sure that we’ll be fine.
