Do you think they will shut down schools in Canada due to Swine Flu?

I’ve heard that they closed some schools in the states, do you think it will impact Canada?
What are the chances that the public schools in Calgary Alberta will be shut down
and for how long will they quarantine if they do?

Yes, if one student or member of staff has been to the school in the 7days before being diagnosed, then the school is shud down for 7 days, or until they believe there is no longer a risk of it spreading. This is what many other schools have done around the world unless the flu is widespred, and then the schools may be shut all at the same time, on which case it may be longer than one week.
