Swine Flu Kills 17, seasonal flu 5000 in the same period, so who’s kidding who?

Spindrif.., I had the flu back in the 1960’s and it was a particularly nasty strain. Since then I here people saying they’ve had the flu and in my mind I return to that time. If they had of had it believe me they wouldn’t have made a remarkable recovery two days later. The way this is being portrayed is nothing short of scare mongering and should be treated with contempt.

I to have had the flue just like you and it was, nasty, but, I feel you are not taking into account that flue as we both had was confined, to our own locality. this swine virus is= rapidly= spreading across countries a completely different scenario than our flue, The world health organisation is not in the business of scaremongering,this kind of illness is exactly why this WHO was set up in the first place, to be watchdog on health for the world, they are doing exactly the job they are meant to do, of course it is a persons perogative to ignore the warnings they issue.
